VPN appears to be set as metered (this time Blokada 4)

Hello,

I’m on Android with Blokada v4.14.0 provided by f-droid. Since maybe the lastest update the VPN is set as metered. This causes issues with some apps, e.g. AntennaPod (When connected to a VPN on Wi-Fi, do not ask to Confirm Mobile Download · Issue #2597 · AntennaPod/AntennaPod · GitHub).
Some time ago this seemed to happen to Blokada 5 as well ([Issue] Blokada VPN connection set as metered)
