Downloading an episode from a podcast hosted by megaphone.fm will break.

    Quite a few weeks

The redirection chain is simple
feeds.megaphone.fm contains the podcast feed
The episodes are files on traffic.megaphone.fm
this is a blocked intermediary which in turn gives you a 302 redirect to dcs.megaphone.fm which serves the real file.

Yes it is analytics and collects a few metadata things like the useragent and the ip of the user, but having this in blu and ultimate prevents users from downloading new podcast episodes.
