Unable to restore account

I’m having the same issue but I changed from galaxy a11 to galaxy a03s. Account is inactive

Please note that you can only restore your account if you already have an active (paid) blokada plus/ blokada cloud subscription and know your account ID. Is both true in your case? If so: Please don’t share the ID here.
Just tell me whether or not you still recall it.
