Account ID lost after factory reset

Hi, is there any way to recover my previous account ID? I had to do a factory reset but I didn’t know I had to write down my account ID. In the past I have paid for a month of blokada plus through PayPal.
Is it worth it recovering the old account, or should I just activate a new account?

I downloaded the blokada apk from blokada.org. Using a OnePlus 6 with android 10.
