Request from blocked addresses are allowed on android

  3. I saw this first with telemetry.SwiftKey a couple of weeks ago and now that I look at the logs more often, I see more sites that are “Added to Blocked” getting green lights with a “This request has been allowed.”

What makes blokada allow blocked sites and is it possible to completely block addresses?
