Not able to contact the Support via App

Hi. When I try to use the contact option in the app, it asks me to enter the account ID. When I enter my account ID, which I also used to set up Blokada 5 without any problems, it says that the ID is invalid.
Trying it via the website, the same is displayed.

And I would have one more suggestion for improvement and one request.
It would be nice if you could use the app on a tablet in horizontal view.
And it would be nice if it would be possible to run Blokada on a RaspberryPi.
