Can't Upgrade plan/ blokada plus for some reason

Hello,

I’m a long term user of blokada, and i usually have the Blokada plus subscription.

I wanted to renew my subscription like i usually do (yearly plan) and i couldn’t get to the page for the plan selection and paiment.

All i get is a redirect to the support/blokada bot.

On top of that it says i have a Blokada Cloud subscription, which i never had.
I don’t use Blokada 6, only 5 on my phone.
I do share my plan on devices that can’t support blokada 5 tho.

Tried to change the plan but when i click on it, it shows me my id number instead of displaying the plan selection page.

I tried through the app and through the website, same issue.

I use an android phone using OxygenOS 14 (Non-rooted latest version)
downloaded the app from blokada website (blokada 5)
