There is a known problem with Brave browser. Does the ad still show up with another browser?
Brave, like any other Chromium-based browser, needs to have the following flags disabled in order for your filters to be completely effective (this applies to both Brave’s built-in ad-blocker, and system-wide solutions like Blokada):
chrome://flags/#enable-quic
chrome://flags/#dns-httpssvc
Once you have disabled those flags, if such advertisements still appear, the issue could be with whatever list you are using (maybe add another list into the mix), or with Google having implemented a new method of serving page ads recently (which is always a strong possibility).
