I have downloaded Ethermine app but blokada is blocking it even after me bypassing it and adding ethermine.org to white list.
Is there anything else that I need to do to get this app working?

I am not sure where is activity list, and I’m not using Plus yet.
Did you stop and restart Blokada after adding the app to the bypass list? I noticed once that it didn’t bypass until it was restarted.

Yes, that works, but normally adds keep popping up all over the app 
Is there a way to block adds but white list actual urls needed for app to work?
That can be done but it will require a bit of trial and error, you just have to look through the host log and unblock what pops up when you use the app - one by one - until it works as you want it.
Oh, and disable the bypass first of course, with the obligatory restart.
