This is on a Pixel 6 Pro running Android 13, Blokada 5.21.0 downloaded from F-Droid. I have previously used the Energized Blu and OISD Basic lists without problems but when I got this phone and set it up I noticed a few applications (eg Timehop) weren’t giving me notifications when they were supposed to. Disabling Energized Blu allowed the notifications to work properly. I traced it down to the url of api.onesignal.com being blocked. So if you have any issues with notifications not working for some apps, you might want to whitelist that url and see if it helps you resolve the issue.
