Add a filter for blocking cookie popups like uBlock Origin has

That wouldn’t really work. Blokada uses a DNS based blocking mechanism. It just redirects domains from blocklists to 127.0.0.1 or something else. Cookie Popups are often scriptbased and hosted on the domains itself.

Blokada simply returns an error message. It does not wait for a timeout. That makes it a lot quicker 
Ok then how can this be fixed on phones, because phone browsers don’t have extension options for adding ad blockers?
