If you can’t get WireGuard working on neither mobile data nor on WiFi, I can only assume there’s something else going on with your device which is preventing the VPN tunnel configuration to function.
Make sure the phone is up to date with the latest system update. Also that no other VPNs are active at the same time.
If it’s not possible to get things up and running of course you may request a refund by e-mailing hello@blokada.org with your account ID info.
I do have another VPN (McAfee) but it is disconnected, I’ll do some more research and playing around before I request a refund I want this to work but just can’t seem to… Thanks
I would try completely uninstalling that McAfee app
