Blokada 5.8.0(beta) don't support wildcards in blocklists

Hello,

following Blokada 5.6 still doesn't support regex hosts

All the addresses in the picture sums to two wildcard URLs:
*.applicaster.com
*.spot.im

1. Where did you download Blokada from?
   Official website
2. Which device do you use? SM-N975F
3. Do you use a custom ROM? Yes
4. Do you know which OS version you are using?
   Android Version: 11 (Android 11)
   Build: NobodyROM_v2.3_EUA5
   ROM base: N975FXXU6EUA5
   Security patch: January 1, 2021
   Root access: Device is rooted
   Architecture: aarch64 (64-bit)

Cannot upload files in the internal webview browser.

To my knowledge, wild cards, smart list & cname blocking has not yet been ported so you won’t be able to use them in Blokada 5.x yet.
