When Blokada v5 will support host rules with regex

I have v4.8.3 on Android 10 arm64 phone.
Without these option I cannot upgrade (tried v5.1)

Well the features will be added over time to v5. There is no ETA. But please check our Feedback category and place your request there. Based on the <3 features will be prioritized.
