Reverting back to v4.9.0

Addendum:
1)In the push/update notification there should be a version-to-update info (e.g “blokada v5.6.0 update is found…”) with changelog info before the download and installation.
2) Cannot upload logfile (.zip, .log not supported)

All changelogs are available on this forum.
Regex was never implemented. We had Wildcards instead.
