Using VPN with Blokada

Can you use another VPN with Blokada. E.g. [another service] is on sale, right now, for under $60 for 10 devices and 5 years, a price awful hard to pass up when you are a senior on a limited, fixed income.?

If it can be used together with Blokada, how would one go about doing so?

That’s an android limitation
