Does Blokada v5 work with an independent vpn (e.g. nordvpn, etc...)?

Hi, there,

I just downloaded Blokada 5 on my Android smartphone and I understand that Blokada 5 uses a “fake” vpn to run its options.
However, I already use a vpn on my smartphone and I would like to know if it is possible to use Blokada 5 with a vpn?

Hi,
from what I know, Blokada 5 doesn’t support using a different VPN provider simultaneously, but feel free to give it a test.

Hello,

Blokada 5 does not work in this scenario as @tomash mentioned since Android can only have one “VPN tunnel” configured at a time.

Blokada Cloud which is a paid subscription in Blokada 6, does however work in most scenarios on Android also while a 3rd party VPN is connected.

There’s a free trial if you want to try if this works with your VPN provider.
