I hope everyone has a nice Easter. I have downloaded the profile for my MacBook (macOS 15.4.1) and activated it according to the instructions. However, all pages load with an enormous delay. Maybe 30 to 90 seconds. This also happens when I try to use other DNS services. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?

you mention that you have the same problem with other DNS services, so it’s likely that the source of the problem is not Blokada. Could you check if this problem occurs on other WiFi networks?

so it seems to be a fundamental problem with the wifi. I have no problems with a cable connection. Also the test page shows me that the status is ok and I am connected to Blokada. When I try the same from the wifi I get no connection to the test site or others. Interestingly, all other devices (tablets, cellphones) work perfectly in the same wifi networks. Any idea what the problem could be?

I suggest that you delete the profile, then check if you have accidentally changed the DNS settings for your WiFi (I’m not sure where you should look for these settings on macOS, because I use Windows) and finally generate the profile again from our website and apply it.
