Hi, I would like to use the iOS app adblocker, but I don’t wish to use the encrypted dns feature. Is it possible to turn off and not use encrypted dns?

Hello, as far as I know, the DNS in Blokada for iOS is very secure. You don’t need to worry about this issue. You can create a feature request post in Blokada Community, Blokada staff may add this feature for future updates.
