To directly help you the best way possible please provide the following information:
- Where did you download Blokada from? Direct from Blokada’s website
- Which device do you use? Do you use a custom ROM? Do you know which OS version you are using? Galaxy Z Fold 3 running Android 12 using Blokada+
- Please explain the issue as detailed as possible. Also include patterns you observed (like ‘it only happens on wifi’). The more information the better. Both the app and the url for Etsy don’t function correctly. On the website I immediately get a error code. On the app I am able to navigate through most of the app. If I try to put anything in the cart or “Buy now”, Etsy will not let me proceed. As soon as I turn Blokada of and uncheck VPN always on, I can complete a transaction on both the website and app.
- Since when are you facing this issue? I noticed 4 days ago.
- Did you already try to solve the issue somehow? If so: please state what you did. I checked the block log but nothing is showing up red. I then tried bypassing the Etsy app. Ultimately I ended up deactivating Blokada.
