I’m on Apple with Blokada 6 and I wanted to know if you can share a subscription with different accounts or if you just have to use the account who bought Blokada Cloud.

Yes, Apple has this thing specifically for this called “family sharing”.
Blokada Cloud is enrolled with this support, you just need to make sure you are part of the same family in apple settings
