So if my Asus router is set up with DoT then I should be able to do it?
This is what I have right now.
|1.1.1.1||cloudflare-dns.com|||
|1.0.0.1||cloudflare-dns.com|||
|9.9.9.9||dns.quad9.net|||
|149.112.112.112||dns.quad9.net|

Yes, if you router supports DoT together with a hostname it should work.

Yes, only Blokada Cloud should be configured
