“.at” domains still unreachable for some locations

Hello!

I am followin up on Sites ending with ".at" are unreachable?. Did not check all locations but for both Frankfurt locations Austrian domains are not reachable. Would be great if you could take a look at this again.

This is with Blokada 22.4.19.
