Uninstall V4 and want to install V5 but having issue stated App not installed. Now I total can’t use this app and I" m plus user.

Please note that v5 is tailor made for devices with android V7 and up.
Older devices cannot install v5 and have to stick to v4

Yes you may need to stick to v4. Which is ok as it’s going to continue receiving updates. If you lost your account ID, send me your payment info to hello@blokada.org, and I’ll recover it.
