Good afternoon: I use the Swiss DNS because it is DoH and because it is under Swiss data protection laws. My question is: the Quad9 DNS that Blokada offers resides in Switzerland? Is it DoH ?. Thanks.

There’s no other Quad9 out there.
DNS Servers aren’t country specific you’ll be connected to a server of their choice, not ours.
