I want to use my custom NextDNS server for maximum protection, but I noticed this post ([Feature Request] Own DNS Entries for unencrypted DNS and DoH) from last year saying that it’d come later. Is this feature still on track for a release some time?
Custom DNS support is still planned, it just takes a while to get implemented, other issues tooked priority in fixing 
Me too, awaiting for this feature implemented. i’m just upgraded to the plus version and really happy with it.
Thanks for the information! I can’t wait for custom servers to come out, it would essentially make Blokada the ultimate blocking tool
