How to renew or extend an actual subscription - PayPal was used for the original setup

Hello,

I subscribed to Blokada a year ago using PayPal. Like the service and want to renew / extend my subscription. Would not like to setup a new account as this would require to change all devices settings. I’m Okay to use a credit card now and need you support to find a way to do so.
