I have similar problem. My localization is Poland, but DNS servers are from Germany.
Is it chance to change it, fix it?
On my router i cannot use also DoH like these: test.cloud.blokada.org
Works only: cloud.blokada.org/test but this looks for something different?

Hello,
Your location can only be changed with Blokada Plus.
For Blokada Cloud, you will see Germany when connecting from Poland, however this should not cause issues for your day to day browsing.
You can retrieve your DoH configuration by using https://app.blokada.org/
Navigate the menu to Blokada Cloud → Setup. Choose “Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave”.
Then copy the hostname to your router settings.
