[Feature Request] DoH/DoT Support

Hi,

First of all thank you very much for this very useful app. Do you plan to add DoH/DoT support to your app? In my opinion this feature is very very important and useful for people like me who lives in countries where DNS requests are poisoned and tracked everything on the net.

Blokada iOS already includes DoH. It’ll be implemented into the android application as well.

DoH is implemented in all blokada apps by now.
