Can't use Blokada Plus on Windows

I am having issues with getting WireGuard activated with the tunnel configuration file generated by Blokada.org devices page.

I click on activate button in WireGuard and I am presented the following error:

Tunnel Error

The binding handle is invalid.

You may have no permissions on your system. Maybe you need superuser perms?

I am an administrator, and I also right-clicked and selected “run as administrator.” What permissions would be required. I might have something disabled via Group Policy editor.

Unfortunately neither of us are Windows users.

I’ve never seen this issue before and it seems hard to find something useful on the web.
Perhaps there’s someone in the community that could chime in? Or if the WireGuard community is able to help.
