It won’t activate. I’ve already tried removing its VPN profile and restarted the device. It still doesn’t work

Seems like you are facing the same error many Samsung users are facing. It’s caused by a problem with Samsung updates.
Please check this post . The current solution is to either wait for the September update or to disable the app Dual Messanger third but geeky option is listed in this post:
Sept update isn’t available for my device yet so Disabling app dual messenger did the trick (I had my facebook messenger duplicated) … Finally it’s working… Thank you so much!..
