Unable to access Xfinity/Comcast email via BlueMail app with Blokada

To directly help you the best way possible please provide the following information:

  1. Where did you download Blokada from? Blokada.org 23.2.1
  2. Which device do you use? Do you use a custom ROM? Do you know which OS version you are using? Android Galaxy S10 - Android 12
  3. Please explain the issue as detailed as possible. Also include patterns you observed (like ‘it only happens on wifi’). The more information the better. Only able to access Xfinity email with Blokada off.
  4. Since when are you facing this issue? The last 2 weeks
  5. Did you already try to solve the issue somehow? If so: please state what you did. Turn Blokada off access emails, otherwise BlueMail forces the password to be resubmitted and upon submission receive the error message: Password is incorrect. (It’s not) Please re-insert password, which results in an endless loop, until Blokada is turned off, then the emails flow.

Thanks for posting, I understand that Blokada is blocking access to BlueMail.

I’d recommend bypassing BlueMail by following these steps:

  1. Go to the advanced tab
  2. Click Apps
  3. Search for BlueMail
  4. Click on “add to allowed”

This will bypass BlueMail from adblocking and allow you to use it without interference.
