iOS: How to review my own blocked/allowed entries as a list?

  1. Where did you download Blokada from? apple app store

  2. Which device do you use? Do you use a custom ROM? Do you know which OS version you are using? iphone ios 14.4.1

  3. Please explain the issue as detailed as possible
    I know how to add domains to my blocklists from the recent activity view. But I seem unable to find the list of such personal entries somewhere so I can see and review them together.
    I know that on Android such a feature exists where I can see my personal blocklist entries.
    Am I missing out something here?
    I think it would be bad if I could only review and change a personally blocked item if it recently came up.
