Help me use adult-filter-dns.cleanbrowsing.org as DNS

I tried to switch my dns to
adult-filter-dns.cleanbrowsing.org

But cleanbrowsing.org is not available in the drop down list and I cannot find a way to manually input a custom dns.

The closest thing I could use is Ad guard Family DNS but that puts YouTube in restricted mode.

Clean browsing has an adult filter that frees YouTube.

Anyways.

How can I use clean browsing dns with blokada?

That’s currently just possible in Blokada v4.
You can only choose from the options given in v5 for v5 for now
