Well I’m sure you know what I’m going to suggest after my post earlier

OpenDNS using DoH

I would suggest switching out OpenNIC options (USA & Europe) as they don’t seem to be working on the iOS app version. Replace them with OpenDNS, link below for correct usage of DoH service. It should be more reliable in the long run.
