For support issues and feature requests, is it better to post them here or GitHub? In this forum, all the topics are closed after 7 days (!?), while GitHub continues to track open issues and document closed issues. Is there a crosswalk from this forum to github?

I recognize there are limited resources and appreciate the help that’s given. I just want to clarify the most appropriate avenues. Thanks!
