I can not use it because said vpn must upgrade , but how upgrade ? I have already paid 7euro

Hey there welcome to the forum:)  
to block ads and tracking and change your DNS you don’t have to pay anything. That is completely free in Blokada.  
Blokada offers an additional, optional VPN service, called Blokada Plus, which needs a subscription.  
Did you donate or did you pay through the app for Blokada Plus?
