Hi there 🙂  
That depends on whether or not your android TV supports private DNS.  
You can install blokada Cloud using the Google play store. It’ll guide you through the setup process.  
If it fails at the private dns step your device is incompatible with blokada cloud.  
Use v4 instead then.
