Hello,  
I’d recommend you to look at the Guides section.  
They’re differences between Blokada Slim (Playstore) and Blokada (github, website, Fdroid) are explained there to begin with.  
There are articles about Blokada Plus as well like [this one](https://community.blokada.org/t/what-is-blokada-plus/37) and [that](https://community.blokada.org/t/how-to-subscribe-for-blokada-plus/39) one. They should answer your question 🙂
