The Blokada Family app is our solution for parental control in a digital age. While its main purpose is to provide control and oversight for parents, we’re equally committed to your privacy. This policy details how we manage and protect the data you trust us with.

The Blokada Family app’s primary function is to provide parental control by monitoring device activity. All activity data collected is anonymized from the start to ensure user privacy. By using the app, you consent to the storage of data related to network queries from monitored devices, including:
- Device name specified by the user
- Domain name that was queried
- Whether the query was blocked or not
- Timestamp of each query
Furthermore, we may utilize this anonymized activity data for AI training to enhance our blocking performance, making the app more efficient over time.
Activity logging will only commence after consenting to this privacy policy. If you wish to halt the monitoring, you can opt out by deactivating the app.
Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

For the purpose of providing effective parental control and ensuring user privacy, the activity data collected by Blokada Family is retained for a duration of six months. After this period, the data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
Support and Problem Reports
We value our users’ feedback and queries. Processing of emails and problem reports via our app are made with the purpose of addressing questions, resolving issues, and general customer support.
- Support by email or support platform: We process your email address and any other information you provide.
- Problem reports via the app: We process activity logs specific to Blokada Family and IP addresses used when sending the report. We advise against entering any personal data when reporting via the app.
Third-Party Recipients
Your personal data will only be shared with third-party suppliers who perform services on our behalf and for the purposes stated above. This may include e-mail service providers and our payment solution suppliers.
